These Terms govern use of the Vysta YouTube Uploader application operated by Vysta Paid Media Group ("Vysta"). By authorizing or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

The application uploads video content to YouTube channels that have authorized Vysta's access, on behalf of the channel owner or their authorized representative.

2. Authorization & access

You authorize the application through Google's OAuth flow. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to authorize uploads to the channel in question. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account or YouTube Studio settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the content uploaded.

4. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of Google/YouTube data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysta is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
